Welcome to the Rechnitz Remember the Children program.
This program is especially designed for junior high school students.
The program kit includes an original film, Reconnecting the Link, which sensitively introduces youngsters to the events of the Holocaust. After viewing Reconnecting the Link, each student receives an individual “passport.” Each passport features the name of and basic information about a child who perished in the Holocaust. Students are asked to honor and remember the child whose name appears on their passport by performing a good deed, learning Torah, or saying tehillim in his/her memory.
Suggested classroom activities are also included.
